I have a few questions on the epistomology on the movie so far. How does Morphius indeed know that Neo is the one and has he done this with other types of people to find The One?
also, how does the oracle know what is the truth? how does it know what is real and what is fake when sometimes the matrix can suck in reality but warp it? So far there are alot of questions on the knowledge of the movie and the realities.

I think that Morpheus knew that Neo was the one, because he already knew so much about computers and knew how to get around the codes and was able to hack into them. Morpheus when he was fighting said you are quicker than I am, but Neo still couldn't get a shot off. Morpheus also said that you can change and alterate it like a computer game, which indeed that what they were doing. In conclusion i think that Neo is the one bcause of his computer skills which which will help him achieve this.
ReplyDeleteI think the Oracle may have told Morpheus that Neo was the one. Weird things happen in this movie. If Neo willed the Matrix to not exist would it? Is there only one matrix or is programmed into everyone's brain individually?
ReplyDeleteMorpheus went with his "gut feeling" when he said Neo was the one. He was so sure that Neo was the one he had to go with his intuitions. However it is not exactly clear in the movie why Morpheus is so sure that Neo is the one.
